Principal's Message

 

 My name is Alyssa Mongeau, and I am so honored to step into the role of Principal here at Bryn Mawr Elementary. Having served as a teacher in this building, I've already fallen in love with this community, and I couldn't be more excited to continue growing alongside you.

 At Bryn Mawr, we believe that every child deserves to feel seen, supported, and set up to thrive which is why everything we do is grounded in one simple truth: We believe in every Mustang! This means we are committed to raising students who don't just absorb information, but who ask questions, think critically, and make meaning of the world around them. We call these kids sensemakers and we think your child is already one.

We also know that strong minds grow from strong hearts. That's why social-emotional learning is woven into everything we do at Bryn Mawr.  Helping students understand themselves, advocate for their needs, and show up with empathy for others. When kids feel safe and known, they grow and excel. I can't wait to partner with you and your family this year to make sure every Mustang does exactly that.
